Q Chamber is pleased to be partnering with Community Business, a leading not-for-profit organisation that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion in companies across Asia, to present Community Business’ research about the first-ever Singapore LGBT+ Inclusion Index.

Community Business has published the Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index biennially since 2015. The Index to evaluate how workplace practices support LGBTQ employees play a crucial role in promoting awareness and emphasising the importance of creating LGBT+ inclusive workplaces in Hong Kong.

The first of its kind in Singapore, the 2023 Singapore LGBT+ Inclusion Index is a significant milestone and endeavour to assess what constitutes best practice in the current context.

As Asian financial hubs like Hong Kong and Singapore compete to attract the best talent in the world, companies play a key role to ensure that diversity, inclusivity and innovation can thrive in their workplaces.

Mark your calendar for 24 October 2023 (Tuesday) from 6:30 pm to 9 pm to join us in learning the key findings in the Index. Light bites and beverages will be provided.
