1. Your access and use of this website of Q Chamber (https://www.qchamber.co) (“Website”) operated by Q Chamber incorporated as QCC SG Pte Ltd (hereby referred to as Q Chamber) constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). If you do not consent to be bound by these Terms, please discontinue your use and access of this Website.

2. These Terms apply in respect of visits to this Website. No provision in these Terms is waived and no failure to comply consented to unless agreed to in writing by Q Chamber. Q Chamber reserves the right to seek all remedies available under the law and in equity for any violation of these Terms.
