For Q Chamber’s first event in 2024, we want to start the year on a positive and hopeful note with the theme of “The Future of Inclusion at Work”. Focusing on the road ahead, we encourage our speakers and attendees to envision how we can make our workplaces (of all shapes) more inclusive for LGBTQ+ people in a tangible way.

Our speakers Becca D’Bus/Eugene Tan (she/he, Producer at RIOT!), Lauríndo García (he/him, Director Inclusion Strategy Asia-Pacific at Netflix), Deryne Sim (she/her, Executive Director at Same But Different) and Nattawat Vilasdechanon (he/him, Counsel at Clifford Chance) will discuss goals on workplace inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community and concrete steps on how to make these forward-looking goals a reality. They will share insights from their unique experiences and provide perspectives on the evolving landscape of LGBTQ+ inclusion.
