Q Chamber is Singapore’s first LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce, and strives to connect businesses and individuals to promote our shared economic interests and values of diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe this initiative can help to build LGBTQ+ representation, allyship and leadership towards a better Singapore society and business community.

For this event, we will feature a research presentation on “Understanding Workplace Discrimination in Singapore” by Caroline Callow, Senior Consultant and Facilitator with Catalyse. This presentation is based on Singapore’s first comprehensive survey on workplace discrimination conducted by gender equality group AWARE in partnership with consumer research company Milieu Insight. Following that, we have a panel discussion on “Corporate Allyship for Better Workplace Belonging” with panelists Ho Ren Yung from Banyan Tree Group, Goh Shufen from R3 and Clara Tang from WeWork, moderated by our founding committee member Evan John Lam from Ashurst.
