Inclusive Careers Fair aims to facilitate connections between employers and diverse talent, including LGBTQ+, differently-abled, neurodivergent, racial/ethnic minorities, women and other underrepresented groups in Singapore.

Attendees can level up on career prospects by connecting with participating inclusive employers and engaging with the exciting programme, which includes thought-provoking panel discussions, useful workshops and an Inclusive Mentoring Circle for attendees to connect with mentors.
